San Juan II (2022)

I don’t live in Madrid anymore but I was lucky enough to be back for this year’s San Juan celebration.

This time I took a slightly different approach to the project I did before Covid in June 2019. The mayor and political party has changed since and the big bonfires weren’t allowed this year. The energy was very different, it wasn’t a big party but a reunion of people who were looking for the prior Covid celebration.
