La Antilla is a town in Huelva, Spain. During the summer, more than 40.000 people live here, but only around 1500 remain during the whole year.
These photos were taken in Spring 2019, and they aim to reflect the architecture’s trend during the 70’s in south Spain and how the exciting idea of ‘Summer Holidays’ now means a deteriorated nature space full of empty houses and a declining economy. It’s a place dreaming of a past that never had.
